This forum centers on education systems as political economy structures that produce human capital unevenly. It focuses on curriculum design, funding gaps, teacher quality, and institutional incentives that shape what students actually learn and why those differences translate into very different life chances.

Members will work to produce a policy brief proposing reforms that improve how education systems generate skills and expand equal access to high-quality learning.
